In the highly unlikely event that you don’t find your mimọ purchase utterly gorgeous, we have a 14 day return policy (you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return). We will bare the postage cost of your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That is, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Exchanged items will be dispatched on a free delivery service, delivery can take up to 7 working days from your return being processed. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. These are usually processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item back, but please allow a further 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. For international returns please declare the parcel as a ‘return’ to avoid any customs charges.
